In completing and submitting an order for Products, you will be providing us with personal information. Your information i.e. name and contact details, will be held by us in order to process your order (and any future orders you may make). If the information is not provided your order cannot be processed. We will not share this information with anyone else.

If you sign up to receive our newsletter we will keep a record of your name and email address. This will be used to keep you informed about new products, specials and other information that may be of interest to you. Once again we will not share this information with anyone and you may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link on a newsletter.

We do not see or keep a record of your credit card information. All credit card information is taken through Payment Express or PayPal.

PayPal is also PCI compliant. Your personal and financial details are securely encrypted to ensure your money and information stays safe when you pay with PayPal. Plus, your financial information is never shared.

Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping within New Zealand

We have a shipping charge of $4 for orders under $150. Orders over $150 are delivered free. All orders are sent using ParcelPost through NZPost. Estimated delivery times are up to 3 working days nationwide. Please allow extra time for delivery to rural or remote  areas. *These delivery times are as stated on NZPost’s website.

Rest Of World

We are happy to post anywhere in the world. Pease contact us for a quote for postage. This will vary depending on the destination and the weight of your parcel.

Returns

Fabric cut specifically for you cannot be returned unless it contains a fault so please choose carefully. We are happy for you to send a swatch of fabric for us to match if you are trying to match a particular fabric.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return all other items for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
Returned goods must be in un-used condition with packaging and order confirmation included.
Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us and we will provide details on where to send your return. 

Damaged Items

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from it’s journey to you. However if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us here as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order, provided we have not cut fabric yet or dispatched it. We will refund the cost of your order using the method of payment you purchased with.

Missing/damaged parcels

If a parcel is not delivered we can claim via NZ Post for non-delivery.
However NZ Post will not be liable for parcels posted for delivery within New Zealand unless you let me know, in the case of non-delivery, within 14 days of receiving your shipping email.
